ID, Payment, and Security: The Holy Trinity of Drone Rental
We're not trying to be the TSA, but we do need to make sure you're you! Your ID, payment method, and face should all match when picking up equipment. If you're feeling like a secret agent and need alternative arrangements, just give us a heads-up. We accept various payment methods, but for security, we prefer credit cards. No credit card? No problem! We have options, including the "leave-your-firstborn-as-collateral" plan. (Just kidding, a full deposit will do!)
Acceptable forms of identification include Canadian government-issued photo ID or, for international clients, a passport.
If you are not able to do this, please review and request the option that aligns with your requirements:
OPTION 1:
If you, as the renter, do not possess a credit card but have someone willing to assume responsibility, the simplest approach is to have them accompany you during pickup, where they can present their card and identification to formalize the rental agreement.
OPTION 2:
Should you, as the renter, be responsible for the rental but have a third party covering the expenses, you may proceed by presenting your government-issued photo ID and your own credit card during pickup for security purposes. Payment arrangements can then be made, either by presenting the third party's card in person or through online authorization.
OPTION 3:
In cases where no credit card is available, securing the rental requires leaving a full value deposit as collateral, given the inability to provide equivalent security.

Is Pterodrone Insured? You Bet Your Propellers We Are!
We're fully insured for all our services. But remember, once that drone leaves our nest, it's your baby. We recommend getting your own insurance too. Think of it as a safety net for your aerial adventures!
Oops, I Did It Again: Dealing with Damaged or Lost Equipment
If you pull a Houdini with our equipment, expect a call from the boys in blue. Damaged goods? You'll be footing the bill. We prefer our drones returned in one piece, not in a "modern art" configuration.
Multi-Day Discounts: Because More Flying is Always Better
The longer you fly, the less you pay (per day, that is). It's like an all-you-can-fly buffet!
What's in a Day? 24 Hours of Drone-tastic Fun!
Our rental day is 24 hours. Any longer and you might start thinking about adopting the drone!
Cancellation Policy: The "It's Not You, It's Me" Clause
Cancel 24 hours before pickup / service, and we're cool. Any later, and your wallet might feel a bit lighter.
Shipping: Coming Soon to a Doorstep Near You!
